Saving Money Financial Solution is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-284910). We provide distribution, execution assistance, portfolio tracking, and educational guidance on mutual funds, PMS, AIF, and financial protection products.
3. Client Responsibility & Due Diligence
- Clients are advised to assess their own risk appetite, financial horizon, and tax status before finalizing any investment decisions.
- All investment forms and KYC declarations must contain authentic, accurate, and complete information.
- Investors must carefully review all Scheme Information Documents (SID), Key Information Memorandums (KIM), and Statement of Additional Information (SAI).

Saving Money Financial Solution and its representatives shall not be held liable for losses arising from market movements or economic changes.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
